Families with Children from Asia's 1st Annual Lunar New Year Celebration!
In October of last year we participated in the "founding meeting" for the local Families with Children from China. This steering committee decided to name our group Families with Children from Asia to be a more inclusive group. Our first event was the celebration of Lunar New Year. The event was a HUGE success and we all had a great time!
At the end of the night, we celebrated with faux firecrackers! We had bubble wrap taped to the floor and all the kids jumped on it and it REALLY sounded like firecrackers!! They loved it!
